Will tuning void my warranty?
Modifying engine software can affect manufacturer powertrain warranty. We'll talk you through the implications honestly before you decide, and we save your original file so the car can be returned to stock.
Is it safe for my engine?
Our calibrations stay within safe limits for your hardware and fuel, and every tune is verified with datalogs. We won't tune a car that fails the pre-tune health check.
Do I need to tell my insurer?
Yes — performance modifications should be disclosed to your insurer. We provide documentation of the work to make that easy.
Is my modified car still WOF-compliant?
Software tunes and most bolt-on upgrades are WOF-friendly. Larger changes may need LVVTA certification; we'll tell you up front and can point you to a certifier.
How long does a tune take?
Stage 1 is usually a single day. Stage 2 with hardware fitting is typically 2–3 days. Built-engine projects are scheduled with a written plan.
