Quotes & approval
Quotes are valid for 30 days. We won't carry out work beyond the approved amount without your consent.
Payment
Payment is due on collection unless agreed otherwise in writing. Vehicles may be held until payment is received.
Warranty
Parts and workmanship carry a 12-month / 20,000km warranty, whichever comes first. This doesn't limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Performance modifications
Performance tuning and modifications may affect manufacturer warranty, insurance and compliance. We'll explain these before work begins, and it's your responsibility to notify your insurer.
Uncollected vehicles
Vehicles not collected within 14 days of completion may incur storage charges.
